What is HEAL Nexus?
HEAL Nexus is HEAL’s flagship annual convening that brings together young leaders, researchers, advocates, and innovators committed to advancing health equity across African universities. It is a space for collaboration, learning, and bold solutions to real health challenges.
Who attends?
HEAL Nexus welcomes student leaders, HEAL Fellows, university representatives, researchers, public health professionals, and partners interested in youth-driven health systems transformation. Delegates typically represent multiple universities across Nigeria and other countries across the Globe
What happens at HealthHack?
HealthHack is the innovation segment of HEAL Nexus where multidisciplinary student teams collaborate to design practical solutions to pressing health challenges. Participants work on real-world problems and pitch their ideas for feedback, recognition, and potential implementation.
How can my university participate next year?
Universities can participate by nominating student leaders, joining the HEAL campus network, or partnering with the organising team ahead of the next convening. Institutions can express interest through the official HEAL contact channels or partnership form when registrations open.
How can I partner/sponsor?
