The Health Equity Accelerator Leadership (HEAL) Society is a global, youth-led platform advancing health equity through leadership development, research, advocacy, and community action.
Born from the Slum and Rural Health Initiative (SRHIN), HEAL exists to prepare young people, especially students and early-career professionals to design solutions, lead programs, influence policy, and deliver measurable health impact across communities.
We are not just building awareness.We are building leaders, systems, and scalable impact.

A nationwide health equity campaign mobilizing young leaders to deliver community-based health interventions across underserved populations in Nigeria.

Located in Lagos, the HEAL Society Global Secretariat serves as our operational headquarters, a space where global coordination, governance, partnerships, and program execution come together. It is the home of our leadership systems, documentation, and strategic work across chapters, countries, and regions.
